What is stored
Sign-in provides an evaluation account identifier. Passwords are hashed and sessions use secure HTTP-only cookies. Test applications store name, email, application statement, vacancy and sample PDF CV; test inquiries store contact details, category, organization and message. Staff actions create an audit event. Language preference is stored on your device.
Purpose and access
Records are used only to evaluate these workflows. Candidate records are limited to their owner and authorized recruitment roles. Quarantined CVs cannot be downloaded. No form sends data or email to EBS. This evaluation stores records in a private SQLite database and quarantined files on the MAXPERT-managed VPS. Optional AI assistance sends only the submitted test text and relevant published content to OpenAI after consent; inquiry assistance excludes contact identifiers and attachments. AI responses are drafts for human review. Production hosting, residency, retention and AI use require EBS approval.
Retention and requests
Do not submit real personal data. You can withdraw an application in the careers portal. Before any real applicant launch, EBS must approve the controller notice, contact channel, retention periods, export/deletion procedure and lawful processing basis; the operator must implement and verify scheduled deletion.
